Villa Toscana is a beautiful 5-bedroom villa located in Higgovale between the slopes of Table Mountain and Lions Head Mountain. The villa has stunning mountain and city views. Its centrally located with a 5-minute drive to Cape Town CBD and V&A Waterfront, and a 5-minute drive to the beautiful beaches along the Atlantic Seaboard. The villa is owned by the world-famous painter Beezy Baily. His villa is an extension of his creativity. The villa is on a large property surrounded by gardens that make you feel you are in an enchanted French villa with Beezy’s sculptures adding charm to the garden. There is a natural water pool and a deck over-looking the city. When entering the house, you are greeted by interesting sculptures. The living area is open plan to the kitchen, which is wonderful for socializing.  The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone who loves cocking – just like Beezy Bailey does. The dining room is surrounded by wonderful art. The table seats up to 10 people.

There is a guest bedroom down stairs with a queen size bed and bathroom with shower. There is a study downstairs that can be turned into a 6^th bedroom if required. At the front of the villa there is a patio area where one can sip cocktails and enjoy the incredible views of Cape Town that surround you. These is a study / library area downstairs, and there is a won-of-a-kind formal lounge finished in bold colors. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms are open to the wrap around balcony. The 2^nd and 3^rd guest bedrooms have queen size beds and share a bathroom with a shower and bath. The 4^th guest room has a queen size bed and a separate bathroom with a bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and is en-suite with bath.
