Situated on Kloof Street, overlooking the word famous Clifton beaches and within walking distance to Camps Bay beachfront. This is truly a picture-perfect self-catering holiday rental for couples, singles or a family. When entering the villa there is a well-spaced dining and lounge area leading onto a patio with breath taking ocean views. There is an outdoor dining area with a garden, pool and deck.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are 3 bedrooms in the main property and an additional 4^th bedroom located at the back of the house on the top level with its own separate entrance. The main bedroom has a king size bed. Its en-suite with bath and shower. It has ocean views and air-conditioning. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed (can be 2 single) with a ceiling fan and separate bathroom that is shared with the third bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen side bed and a ceiling fan. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite with a bath and it has air-conditioning.

There is a plunge pool at the back on the house next to the fourth bedroom. Please note there is a small day spa at the back of the house next to the fourth bedroom. Clients come through a separate entrance.
