Property description

This is a secure, modern family villa situated in the quite suburb of Upper Claremont. Close to Cavendish Square Shopping Centre, as well as Kirstenbosch Gardens and the Constantia Wine Route. There are lots of wonderful family restaurants and pubs in the area. Newlands Cricket ground is in walking distance.

The Villa has two floors. On the ground floor is the main living and entertainment area that is open plan to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a separate scullery with pantry, double sink and dishwasher. There is a Smeg Gas Hob, double oven, fridge freezer and bar fridge. Coffee making station Expresso coffee grinder as well as Nespresso machine with milk foamer. There is a washing machine and dryer. The dining table seats 10 people.

The lounge has a large flat-screen TV with full satellite DSTV and wifi. There is surround sound and Bluetooth enabled home theatre system. The lounge has remote activated electronic blinds to shield from the late afternoon sun.The playroom/informal lounge has 2 large Fatsak beanbags and double sleeper couch as well as en-suite shower room and toilet. It also has a flat-screen TV, full DSTV, DVD player as well as being Chromecast enabled.

Leading through the kitchen and living area is the backyard with a salt chlorinated pool with pool net. There is a jungle gym and tree house for kids to climb.There is an outside cottage with double bed and French doors opening onto the garden. This includes a shower and toilet.

Upstairs in the main house are three bedrooms. Each bedroom has remote controlled ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and is en-suite with bathroom and shower. There are stunning mountain views from the main bedroom.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have double beds with balcony’s and mountain views. They share a bathroom with bath and shower.
The 4th bedroom is an outside cottage. It has a queen size bed and is en-suite with toilet and shower. It also has a 40″ plasma TV.
