52 Victoria Villa is a  gorgeous Moroccan inspired villa is situated on the famous Bakoven Beach It has incredible ocean and mountain views. Positioned a stones throw away from the waters edge one can fall asleep to the sound of the waves and the cool sea breeze. The villa is bright and sun filled with a charming atmosphere perfect for entertaining as well as relaxing. The entire living area is open plan and very spacious leading out onto an outside patio and salt-water private pool. The fully equipped kitchen features bright colors, African wax fabrics, a solid oak table made by hand in Cape Town, and lighting from France.

The living room is oriented around a fireplace of Popham Design handmade tiles from Morocco, plus comfy seating, vintage lighting from France, and colorful throws made by hand in Malawi. The home lends itself to lots of eating, drinking as there are various indoor and outdoor dining options and cooking areas from where one can enjoy the sun over the ocean. The back leafy garden area is a perfect spot to relax in the shade.

The home has a downstairs playroom and guest toilet whilst upstairs one can find all the bedrooms. There are 5 bedrooms in total which are configured as follows: main bedroom with king size bed and full en-suite bathroom leads onto  an outdoor balcony with sea views. 2nd spare bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom looks out onto the back garden with magnificent mountain views. 3rd spare bedroom with queen size beds share a bathroom and direct sea views. 4th and 5th bedrooms are both children’s bedroom with 2 x single beds in each but both can be converted into adult friendly rooms.
